SUMMARY:MGCC SVW Register Annual Meet - 6th to 11th July 2026
DESCRIPTION:The SVW Register are holding their annual meet in Dorset\, part of the South West Centre.  Centre members have been invited to join them on the evening of Tuesday 7th July starting at 17:00.  Hopefully this will provide the chance to study the cars and chat all things cars! SUMMARY:MGCCSW 90th Anniversary Summer Picnic
DESCRIPTION:This is one of the highlights of the South West Centre’s 90th Anniversary events. \nWe are planning to hold our annual Summer Picnic in the paddock at the side of Dave Mothersdill’s house\, 2\, Moor Lane\, Tockington\, BS32 4LT.  With grateful thanks to Dave and Deb. \nWe are getting near the great South West Centre 90th Birthday Picnic on 19th July.  We Hope you all have it in your diaries already\, but just to give you the highlights expected: \nUndercover seating for your own picnic\, or bring something to cook on gas BBQ provided. Tea and coffee facilities and toilets. Bring a chair for a front row seat! \nPride of ownership competition- self judging \nJim Lott is performing with The Falcons\, the bands got back together especially for the occasion. \nIn Accord ladies choir perform a half hour of popular songs. \nThere are tame animals on site\, so cuddle a pig\, stroke a sheep\, ruffle a chickens feathers\, race a tortoise\, something for all the family! \nDownload a Timetable of Events \nRemember there will be a marquee up so whatever the weather you can stay cool and dry\, do your bit to celebrate the 90th birthday and eat some cake. \nIt would be helpful to have a rough idea of numbers coming\, please let me or Jim Lott (jim.lott@hotmail.co.uk)  know but turning up on the day is the most important. \nSee you there! \nDave (treasurer@mgccsw.com)
