DESCRIPTION:The  MG Car Club MGF Register in partnership with the MG Car Club South West Centre  and MG Car Club Abingdon Works Centre have arranged to visit  on Saturday July 25th from 11.00am the Atwell Wilson Motor Museum\, Stockley Lane\, Calne\, Wiltshire SN11 0NF. \nThe museum has over 100 exhibits including cars\, motor cycles and motoring memorabilia and a reconstructed 1930’s style workshop. \nMGCC members will get a discount on museum entry.

DESCRIPTION:As an alternative to our Attwell-Wilson Museum visit on the 25th July\, we have had an invitation to take part in a Classic Car Show as part of the South Marston Party in the Park.  This community summer event takes place on Saturday\, 25th July 2026 at the Recreation Ground (The Rec)\, South Marston (SN3 4SH). \nThe West Berkshire car club\, the TR club\, plus other individuals are attending.  They would like an MG presence  if possible.  There is no charge\, save that there will be some donation buckets at the fete\, for any kind donations.

DESCRIPTION:The third of three breakfast meets at Compton Abbas Airfield this year\, is on Saturday 1st August 2026.  The airfield is about 5 miles south of Shaftesbury at Ashmore\, Shaftesbury SP5 5AP \nCompton Abbas Airfield have announced a special event on the weekend of August 1st and 2nd and numbers for our meet will be restricted to 25 and all wishing to join us will need free advance passes (Normally £11.00) to gain entry to the site\, IF YOU WISH TO JOIN US\, YOU WILL NEED TO SEND YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO mgbmartyn@outlook.com BEFORE JULY 14th  and  confirm that you are happy for your email to be passed to the airfield who will email you a pass for the breakfast meet. \nThe Smoking Barrells Cabin will be open for refreshments\, light bites\, baps and cakes. \nFor those wanting a full breakfast in the Lore of the Sky Restaurant to be certain of getting a table will need to book at Food and Drink – Lore of the Sky
