MGs On Grass 2 Autotest, Sunday 10th August

Lunch Natter at the White Hart Iron Acton
Ten MGs and their owners attended the lunchtime natter at the White Hart, Iron Acton today. The weather was incredibly warm and it was cooler inside the pub where the excellent food was served. Some of the cars are shown below.
Visit to the RNLI Training College, Poole Dorset
We have had an invitation from the Somerset Automobile Club to attend a visit they have planned on Tuesday, 9th September 2025. The visit is to the RNLI College, Poole in Dorset. This will be a coach trip, leaving Chipping Sodbury Rugby Club (The Ridings, Chipping Sodbury, BS37 6GA) at 10:00am and arriving in Poole in time for lunch at the College. There will be a tour of the training facilities and will show how volunteer crew members and lifeguards are trained. The cost of the trip is £45.00 which includes the coach travel, the lunch and entry to the facility. The Clothing Store Is Open!
Ace Embroidery have set up a dedicated website, The “MGCC South West Store”, where you can purchase items of clothing with the South West Centre Logo embroidered on the garment. The site is now live and can be accessed through a new menu tab on the MGCCSW.com website. The tab is called ‘Clothing Store’ and it opens a page explaining what is in the store and how to access it. Once opened the store looks like this, click on the picture below to open the clothing store.
