The Centre has received an invitation from Les Woodward of Minehead Motor Club, to join them at Ellicombe Minehead on Sunday 21st September 2025. MGCC SW Centre Autumn Lunch, Saturday 11th October 2025
We are organising an Autumn Lunch on Saturday 11th October at the White Hart Inn, Iron Acton (the same venue as the Tuesday Lunch Natter).
We are delighted to announce that David Franklin, will be our special guest and after lunch speaker. David won the British Hillclimb Championship and Sprint Championship in 1978 – the only driver to clinch both titles in the same season. He has a long history with the MG marque – he was the 1981 MGCC BCV8 Champion in a self-prepared MG BGT V8. and competed at last year’s SW Centre organised, Wiscombe Hill Climb in an MGB V8. MG CC SW Car Trial 12th October, is now open for entries.

The Clothing Store Is Open!
Ace Embroidery have set up a dedicated website, The “MGCC South West Store”, where you can purchase items of clothing with the South West Centre Logo embroidered on the garment. The site is now live and can be accessed through a new menu tab, ‘Clothing Store’, on the MGCCSW.com website this link opens a page explaining what is in the store and how to access it.
