MGCC SW Centre Wiscombe Hillclimb Club Package discount

This is the premier event on the South West Centre events calendar.  A great days motorsport at a stunning venue.
This year we have been offered “Club Package” tickets which includes, a MGCC member’s, dedicated, reserved area in the public car park, for up to 30 cars, where you can park together in two row’s plus the entry price for MGCC member’s is £11 each, which also includes a programme per car, valued at £2.  (The normal entry price for ticket’s purchased online in advance is £12 per person or £14 on the gate).  The tickets are available online (until 6pm Friday 12th September) from https://www.wiscombepark.co.uk/events
the Access Code required for those tickets is mgcc2025 (all lower case with no spaces.).  The club looks forward to seeing you at the event.  Check out the dedicated event page on the website MGCCSW Wiscombe.

Coffee and Cars, AV8 Café at Cotswold Airport, Saturday 23rd August, 09:30

Unfortunately, I could not attend as my trusty MGF failed it’s MOT on Friday with a faulty brake light switch.  I am awaiting a new switch and I will be back on the road again soon.

The Clothing Store Is Open!

Ace Embroidery have set up a dedicated website, The “MGCC South West Store”, where you can purchase items of clothing with the South West Centre Logo embroidered on the garment.  The site is now live and can be accessed through a new menu tab, ‘Clothing Store’, on the MGCCSW.com website this link opens a page explaining what is in the store and how to access it. 

Clevedon Cars and Coffee, Car Club Corner, Saturday 13th September from 08:45

Saturday 13 September is a SepTriumph! Salthouse Fields becomes “Car Club Corner” welcoming clubs from across the southwest. Clubs can convoy their way in from 8:45 and enjoy their own place in the sun. Bring your banners, feather flags, and grow your club with the people you meet. Car Club Corner is your second home this September with live music from Michael Atedgi Tarik and the unveiling of the Lola T70 Steve McQueen’s lost film “Day of the Champion”. What a day!
If anyone is interested in attending, Chris, chrispelmear@blueyonder.co.uk has volunteered to co-ordinate the MGCC stand.
