This is a Touring assembly under the terms of Motorsport UK rules. It is not a competition but simply a tour of North Somerset’s greatest assets, its villages, towns and of course Countryside. The route is approximately 50 miles on good quality roads but avoiding some of the worst roads that the levels have to offer!

All the profits for this event will be going towards the upkeep of Burtle’s Parish Church – St Philip and St James, which, like most buildings, has suffered from a lack of income throughout the Covid period. The price for entry in this year’s event is £30 per car.

This fee covers 1 eligible vehicle with two people including a bacon roll or toasted tea cake with tea/coffee for breakfast at the Start and a cream tea at the Finish venue. It also includes your road book, maps and rally plate.

The road book will use simple “Tulip” diagrams and a map. Both will show where petrol stations are either on route or nearby, please note there is no fuel available at the start or finish. At the end of regulations document, is a sample of a “Tulip” road book. Should you never have encountered this system below, the Clerk of the Course and others will be at the start to give advice.
