Request for MGs to display at Thruxton 28th July 2024
We have received a request to provide some MGs for an event at Thruxton on 28th July. The event is The Hendy Motor Fest (run by the Hendy’s Group of Dealerships).
The overall show has exhibition driving, displays, classic car element, as well entertainment for all the family. Please follow www.hendymotorfest.co.uk for further info.
The request has also gone to the Abingdon Works Centre as the Thruxton location looks to ‘technically’ be in AWC but it it is felt that it is geographically closer to the South West heartlands. They would be delighted if (collectively) we could provide 5 MGs for their MG display in exchange for complimentary tickets and lunch for the members involved. Each of the makes Hendys sell, are putting on a ‘heritage’ display, and with it being 100 years of MG for the marque they are keen to put on a particularly good showing for the make.
