Minehead Motor Club are organising an Autotest on grass for which the MG Car Club South West Centre have an invite.
The venue is at Ellicombe, Minehead MR 984447. It is literally just to the left as you approach Minehead on the A39 from Dunster direction. The regulations and entry form can be downloaded by clicking this link
It really is a very informal fun event on a rugby training pitch and therefore very flat and non damaging to vehicles.
We had a similar invite last year and this is a video of last years event at the same venue.

Yes. This really is a lovely little event in an attractive setting just between Dunster and Minehead. The guys from Minehead motor club really make an effort for traditional motor sport. They are so friendly. I have entered this event twice and loved every second. The cruise down the A39 is worth it alone.

The forecast is looking good. What could be better than a gentle drive through beautiful SW Somerset to a fun event in a fine setting. Super smooth field ~ portaloo! Tea truck sometimes. Great friendly welcome. Can’t wait. Chris Pelmear.
