Chairman’s Chat 27th January 2020

I have just uploaded a revised programme of events to the website and the updated tri-fold calendar (in pdf format) can be downloaded here.
The Dinner and Awards evening is fast approaching and I have only had a few guests applying for seats so far.  The cut off date for applications is the 12th February as I have to give the numbers to the hotel so they can prepare.  The menu choices form can be downloaded here.
Gloucestershire Natter
Don’t forget if you live in the county of Gloucestershire, there is a new Natter being created at the Foston’s Ash Inn, Stroud.  The first evening will be Monday 2nd March at 19:30.  Information can be found here.
AGM Compton Martin Church Hall
The Centre AGM will take place on Tuesday March 3rd at 20:15. This is the same evening as the Compton Martin Natter. Come along and support your Committee.
Charity Visit
The visit to the Great Western Air Ambulance headquarters
on 16th March has also been slow to attract members.  This is an important and worthwhile charity.  They do not receive any  outside funding apart from donations so if you would like to hear about their work and view the helicopter in it’s hanger click here to go to the information page.
